I wondered if Asian Carp are edible? It seems that might be a natural for sushi but I am not sure. What about in chop suey or chow-mein? I think I had carp balls one time but i am not sure what kind of carp it was. All I rememner is that the balls were pretty small and tasted like fish – maybe that’s because it WAS fish.
So if you could tel me more about dining on the delicious Asian Carp i would be pleased. Also, what type of wine would you drink? Maybe Sake?
